Ordering and Re-ordering policy:
First time Orders - If you wish to purchase our breath treatment program or any other items that are useful in eliminating a halitosis condition, you can do so through this online ordering system. If you are ordering for the first time, you should create an account during the order process, as we will upgrade your account after receiving your order, so you can access and re-order individual products.
We have a very knowledgeable staff at our center that can take your order or answer any questions you might have. When placing an online order please use a physical address. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes. If you don't wish to use a credit card you can call and obtain the exact S&H fees for your particular order and then mail a money-order to us. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and money orders. We do not accept private checks. The toll free number of our center is 1-888-373-7403 and our hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time. To e-mail your questions: 
Re-Orders - If you have ordered from us before, created an online account, and wish to re-order any items, you merely have to sign-in using the account information you used in your original order. After you have signed-in the re-order section of our online store will be accessible on the left hand side of the web store page. If you have purchased products from us but have not previously created an online account you will need to create your own online account. At the top of the web store page is a logo of an open book labeled "Account". Click on this and follow the instructions to create a new account. Once you have done this you can let us know via e-mail and we will upgrade your account. After we have done this (It only takes a moment) you can then go back to the web store page, sign in, and then click on the "re-order" tab on the left hand side of the page. You will then be able to view all of our products and order them in whatever quantities you desire.
Signing-in to your account requires the password that you chose in your first order, don't worry if you can't remember it - you can request the system to e-mail your password, the system will e-mail it to the e-mail address used in your first purchase. The purpose of the accounts is to ensure that only people that have been instructed in the proper use of the products will order and use them.
Re-Orders by Patients currently making Phone Orders- If you are a patient and have been ordering products via phone and wish to take advantage of the on-line ordering, just create an account as instructed above under the paragraph titled Re-Orders. You can then send us an e-mail (or call) and request your account be upgraded to re-order status. To e-mail your request: 

What if I live out of the United States?
We have successfully treated many individuals from all over the world. If you live outside the U.S. and wish to purchase our
breath treatment kit you can easily do so. You must first determine what items you wish to purchase, and then e-mail us with
this information. We will then inform you of the S&H charges to your destination. International orders are generally shipped
via postal mail which will usually be less than half the cost of shipping internationally via UPS which our web site defaults to.
Depending on the country the final transaction can be completed by placing the order online, sending an international money
order for the correct amount to our main business office address, or wiring funds via Western Union. We also accept bank wire
transfers but these tend to be rather expensive because we must add an additional charge of $25.00 to the total fee for wire
transfers because we are charged a bank fee to accept any wire transfer. It usually takes 7-10 days depending on the destination
for an order to arrive once it is shipped. All duties or fees imposed by the receiving country are the responsibility of the
individual placing the order since these can differ widely and we have no control over these.
It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to know what the customs regulations are regarding the importation of foreign
goods into their country. We do not take responsibility for knowing each country's customs regulations. For your information the
only countries where we have experienced any custom's problems are Spain, Portugal, and Mexico.

Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes, so a physical address is necessary when placing an order. If you are overseas in the military we have special methods by which we deliver to APOs. Orders are usually shipped the day they are received or by the next working day at the latest. Depending on your location, orders can take from 1-7 business days to arrive. If you wish for faster delivery your order can be shipped Overnight, Two, or Three Day Delivery. Of course the cost for these services is considerably more expensive than regular UPS ground. The date of shipping is subject to stock on hand, and when orders are actually processed. There are no guarantees orders will be processed and shipped the day they are placed. Our goal is to process and ship all orders the day we receive them, however, situations may occur beyond our control that may make this difficult or impossible to accomplish. If there are any questions or concerns regarding the shipment of an order we recommend you call our office.
Shipping and handling fees (S&H) for re-orders are based on the weight and destination of the package.
For international orders please e-mail us for an estimate on the S&H charges. International orders are generally
shipped via postal mail which will usually be less than half the cost of shipping internationally via UPS which our
web site defaults to. We ship anywhere in the world and it typically takes 3-7 days for domestic orders, and 7-10 days
for international orders to arrive at their destinations.

Important Privacy Issues
Whether a patient has purchased our breath treatment kit, or they have received treatment at our center in San Francisco, we maintain absolute confidentiality under the doctor-patient confidentiality
laws. No information is released to anybody else under any circumstance, and your name is never placed on any type of mailing list or sold to others. We find this type of practice very unethical and very
much against our principles.

What to Expect From Our Breath Treatment Kit
Most individuals following our breath treatment program will realize significant changes within 3-4 days. Complete elimination of your halitosis condition typically occurs after 7-10 days. If you have
any questions or difficulties after having received your treatment kit we encourage you to contact us so we can assist you.
It is important to understand that should you not achieve satisfactory results we do encourage you to call us and ask for Dr. Dailley. We want your halitosis problem eliminated as much as you do. The
doctor is available for personal consultations as long as you are using our treatment program, and he may modify your treatment program if he feels it is necessary. In some special cases Dr. Dailley may
even elect to utilize additional medications and techniques that are not included in the standard breath treatment kit to fully resolve a breath problem.
