The Hydro-Pulse™ Nasal & Sinus Irrigator delivers a comfortable pressure via a patented pulsating mechanism that breaks up mucous and biofilm in the nasal and sinus passages. restored to their own natural pulsating motion. The Hydro-Pulse™ sinus irrigator should never be used with plain water as this will irritate and dry the nasal and sinus passages. It should always be used with a saline solution. We recommend the Breath-Ease XL™ formula be used with the irrigator because
